No. Your company uses one shared Neoo Cloud environment. You increase Cloud capacity only when your workload requires it.
Do I pay separately for CRM, invoicing, stock or projects?
No. Neoo Business includes the core Business OS capabilities. You don’t buy dozens of separate application modules.
What if Neoo doesn’t contain something we need?
Build it with Neoo Forge. You can create applications, integrations, workflows and custom business functionality without rebuilding the foundation of your business system.
Does every user of a Forge application need Neoo Business?
Not necessarily. An application built with Forge can have its own users, depending on how it is deployed. Example: you build a booking application; its users book without each buying a licence, and you fund the Cloud and any consumption of the application. Each person on your team who uses Neoo’s management features does, however, have a Neoo Business licence.
Do Forge applications consume credits when users run them?
No. Forge credits are related to creating and modifying software. Runtime infrastructure is billed separately, through your Neoo Cloud. AI used by the running application is presented separately, before activation.
Can I change Cloud size later?
Yes. Neoo Cloud capacity scales as your company grows. A larger size replaces the previous one: moving from S to M adds €60 per month. Any higher capacity is proposed with its impact before it is billed.
Is Neoo Commander priced per employee?
No. Under the standard plan, Neoo Commander costs €99 per month for the whole company, whatever the number of users.
How does annual billing for Neoo Business work?
With annual billing, the licence costs €54 per user per month instead of €59, that is €648 per user per year. You save €60 per user per year. The Cloud remains billed monthly.
What does Neoo Start include?
Neoo Start brings together the essentials to run a small business: customers, products, quotes, invoices and documents, with its environment included. It costs €22 per user per month, with a minimum of 2 users, i.e. from €44 per month. When your team needs the complete Business OS, you move to Neoo Business.
How does the free trial work?
Neoo Start and Neoo Business can be tried free for 30 days. At the end of the trial, you continue with the plan you chose at the price shown on this page.
Is Forge free?
Yes, up to 10 credits a month: the allowance resets monthly and unused credits are not carried over. To build more, you buy credit packs, billed once.
Is the domain name included in the Website plan?
No. You connect a domain you own; buying and renewing it stays with your registrar.
Is the total shown a quote?
No. It is a simulation calculated with public prices excluding VAT. Neoo confirms the configuration and terms before any order or commitment.
